“Terms of Service” (also referred as "Terms") means this plain- speak page of lookpastit.com Terms of Service that form the Agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
"User" means You, who have scrolled, clicked, commented or otherwise interacted with the Service.

- Mean-spirited, ill-intended Content
- Spam, machine generated, automated Content
- Dishonest Content
When such content is discovered, it is removed, and when applicable, reported to the appropriate authorities.
INFRINGEMENT
If You are the owner of Content posted on the internet, and you see it through our Service and believe it to be illegally posted or improperly sourced, You are responsible for contacting Us with the details of the alleged infringement so we may take appropriate, immediate action. You are financially responsible for all costs associated with Us following a false claim of infringement.
