As with most Terms of Service, We capitalize mundane words because We want You, the reader and User of Our Service, to take notice that the word isn't going by its usual definition, whether plural or singular. Indeed, that's the next part.

Breaching these Terms is cause for automatic termination of Your Accounts from having access to and using of Our Service.

To the extent allowed by law in each State of the United States of America, Federally within the United States of America,  and the foreign countries our Users may reside,  We are not liable under any circumstance; and under the circumstances we must be liable by law, we are the least liable the law permits.

To be perfectly clear, You and Us and Our Service are governed overall by the federal laws of the United State of America. 

State and local laws may also apply to You, as is required by law based on Your residency and Your participation with Our Service.

Our Service is run as a sole-proprietorship in Virginia, USA, and therefore governed by Virginia State Laws.

You agree first to contact the Company for informal resolution talks.
